Battle of the bands 2006 Oswestry Shropshire
The war is about to begin!
Everything is delaid AGAIN!! =((
The kingswell centre has just parted ways with there manager, And now the board of directors has ruled that the Battle of the bands will NOT be able to take place until a new manager is in place. I have been given assurance that the battle of the bands is TOP priorety and WILL take place as soon as the new manager is in place. Should be a month, more realisticly 2 months.
REST ASSURED that we are using this time we have to generate MORE PRIZES for the winners so the wait will (in one way) be worth it
Please Everbody Understand that this is a matter out of MY control. I know a lot of u are looking forward to this, And i promise it will happen. Its just one of those things where 1 thing come after another, It cant be helped im afraid.
So if everybody would please be patient with us untill this is sorted and also understand that this WILL NOT be a reoccuring problem, and it is only happening because it just so happened that we applied for our Entertainment licence at the same time our manager decided to part ways. Be patient please =P thnx guys more updates will follow as i get them.
Also we are still booking bands and would like to encourage all local bands to get in touch and enter.

A quick description of the Battle Of The Bands
20 bands over the course of 4 heats, 1 band advances from each heat, and the final 4 square off face to face in the RING OF FIRE!!!!!! no sorry thats not quite true! they will meet on stage in the final and in the end there will only one band left standing. Who will it be? Who will be crowned Tribal Jam battle of the bands 2006 Champions come along and cast your vote.
